The Vinco HEPA air purifier KJG200 can be used to remove particulate matter, smoke, bad smells, viruses and bacteria from the air.
With three speed settings, it can be set for very quiet operation at just 16dbA or maximum output for rapid cleaning of a room's atmosphere.
As well as a HEPA filter that will remove particulate matter down to 0.3 micrometers (a human hair is 70-100micrometers), this air purifier incorporates an active carbon filter that will remove odours and chemicals.
In addition to this an ioniser function produces electrically charged negative ions. These adhere to particles in the air and encourage them to fall out of the atmosphere, as they are attracted to positively charged surfaces.
Operation is easy to control with a simple, backlit, digital control panel on the front that also shows the time.
An off-timer feature allows you to set the unit to turn off in a set-period of time. This is useful if you only want the unit on for a few hours, during the day or over night.
On average the filter should be replaced every three months, depending on use.
