The Ultralight 18 attracts flying insects with its UV light and captures them with a sticky glueboard.

Unlike regular fly killers that zap insects with electricity, a glueboard will not "explode" the insect sending particles of it onto nearby surfaces. This makes glueboards a much more hygienic solution to insect control and ideal for use in catering facilities. There is also no annoying electric buzzing that happens with electronic fly zappers.

Ultralight 18 is a discreet and decorative fly killer which would not look out of place in a domestic environment. As nobody can see the dead flies inside the unit it is ideal for use in public places like restaurants or cafes.

It has a slim design, which allows for easy placement and is an attractive, contemporary solution to a pest problem.

The Ultralight 18 has a high quality metal construction and is to be wall mounted (fixings supplied).

One 18W UV bulb is provided in the Ultralight 18 and this will protect an area of up to 45m². The top of the Ultralight 18 gives easy access to replace the UV bulb and the glueboard.

The Ultralight 18 is environmentally friendly as flies and other light sensitive flying insects are attracted to the ultraviolet bulbs, this means that there are no chemicals to use, it is pollution free and it is harmless to humans and pets.

The UV bulb within the Ultralight 18 needs to be replaced every year and the glueboard needs to be replaced every 4-6 weeks.
