This thermohygrometer measures the relative air humidity and indoor temperature.
The unit has a memory feature so that if you want to check the minimum and maximum temperature and humidity readings across any period of time, simply press the “MAX/MIN” button and it will display the minimum and maximum readings since the thermohygrometer was last reset
It can display the temperature in °C and °F which can be easily changed by a flick of switch on the back of the unit; it has a temperature range of between -10°C to 60°C and 14°F to 140°F.
It can be positioned on a flat surface using its stand or hung on a wall with a slot on its reverse side.
As human being we are not that well equipped to assess our surrounding humidity levels – unlike temperature. However, if we are exposed to excessively dry atmospheres for periods of time the consequences can be severe. They include sore throats, coughing, dry skin, tiredness, itchy scalp, increased susceptibility to colds, damage to hair and increases in levels of dust and static electricity.
Experts recommend a humidity level of 40-60%. With this thermo-hygrometer you can measure your atmosphere and be sure whether or not you need a humidifier.

Very efficient and a good, neat guide to the temperature and humidity. It is not immediately apparent that the protective film needs to be removed from the front of the display, and it was only when the readings did not fluctuate that I realised my mistake.

Easy to use and accurate. It took me some time to realise that the film to protect the display had to be removed.

A really great product, cheap enough to allow you to monitor temperature and relative humidity in a number of locations within the house.
