The ElectroVap delivers pure, sterile steam for raising the humidity in air handling units or air conditioning ducts.
Included with this unit is a 590mm steam lance for distributing the steam inside the duct or AHU and 2m of 40mm steam hose to connect the humidifier to the lance. The ElectroVap is the most dependable electrode boiler humidifier available. It comes with stainless steel electrodes as standard for longer service life, has an extremely reliable software system and is the UK’s only WRAS approved electrode boiler humidifier.
Depending on the hardness of the supply water, all electrode boiler humidifiers will build up limescale within in the boiling cylinder – just like a kettle. The ElectroVap has been designed to make maintenance quick and simple to ensure the unit operates with minimal downtime.
A single button allows the user to drain the system of water and prepare it for a cylinder change. Once the system has emptied, unclip the cylinder and replace with a new one. Easily accessible internals makes the whole process quick and simple.
The ElectroVap has exceptionally wide operational limits and can run on softened and low conductivity water 30-1000µS/cm.
The unit is easy to use with a backlit digital display panel that shows what the unit is doing at any time. Three menus provide information on real-time humidifier performance, humidifier configuration and the opportunity to change the operating parameters of the unit.
The ElectroVap is very versatile, accepting all common modulating signals from humidity controllers or building management systems and, for stand-alone situations, there's an integral humidity controller.
Standard on every unit is remote feedback for BMS users. Information on steam production and maintenance is provided by a five fault alarm system indicating water supply failure, inlet drain valve failure and two-way contactor fault alarm, which shuts down the humidifier.
