The Microwave Scale Inhibitor The Microwave Scale Inhibitor
Domestic limescale inhibitor that requires no plumbing
Price: £82 incVAT

IN STOCK NOW. FREE MAINLAND UK DELIVERY IN 2-3 WORKING DAYS.

The discrete and compact Microwave scale inhibitor protects against limescale formation and helps remove existing scale in properties with up to two bedrooms.

Using electronic technology, Microwave's computerised high frequency signal generator excites the water at a molecular level to ensure that mineral salts are held in suspension.

Microwave is simple to install, requiring no plumbing–in. A small, neat electronic transmitter is fitted to a wall close to the mains water pipe and a closed loop antenna is wrapped around the pipe. Then the transmitter is simply connected to a standard power point.

The Microwave is not a water softener. It does not add anything to the water or take anything away. A small electronic transmitter with a closed loop antenna, run from a standard power point, generates a special pattern of radio waves that, research has shown, prevent and clear limescale.

Limescale is formed by calcium deposits that come out of the water in hard water areas, when it is heated. These attach to the pipework, cistern, taps etc and build up layer after layer of hard scale that eventually can reduce flow down to a trickle. Rapid heating to a high temperature has the worst effect, which is why the kettle is a common vulnerable appliance. We advise that it is filled with fresh water each time it is used and emptied after use to help reduce scale problems.

During research into the formation of scale, scientists discovered that when water is bombarded with a range of electromagnetic radio waves of different frequencies, the formation of limescale is changed. The calcium deposits do not cling to the pipework, but are washed through with the flow of water.

The Microwave takes advantage of this research. It is a small neat electronic devise that generates those frequencies that best deter limescale formation in programmed patterns. These are fed to the water supply using closed loop antenna that wraps around one of your pipes. This imparts energy into the water in the form of low power, high efficiency transmissions.

All this means an end to scale, clogged pipes and escalating fuel bills. The Microwave takes time to reduce existing scale but it does start working from the moment it is switched on. The Microwave takes nothing out of the water, leaving all the beneficial trace elements within the water. It is powerful enough to control scale in up to a two bedroom house.
