This is an advanced digital desktop weather station which has a myriad of features to make it one of the best on the market.
The date and time on this can be either radio-controlled or set manually - the date and time will be in continuous display in either 24hour or 12hour mode.
The desktop weather-station displays the indoor temperature in either degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit in the range from -9.9°C to 59.9°C, and will update every 15 seconds. This will also display the indoor relative humidity from 1%rh to 100%rh.
Below the indoor readings the unit will also display the current relative air pressure in hectopascals/millibars, and based on that information it will display a weather forecast with an icon display, as well as arrows indicating the weather trend (whether the pressure is going up or down). This information is based on the principle that when the pressure is low, the weather is more likely to be raining, and when the pressure is high, it's more likely to be clear and sunny.
The fourth section of the LCD is the air pressure history trend which shows you the change in the air pressure over the last 24 hours in 3hour, 6hour, 9hour, 12hour, 18hour and 24hour intervals. This helps you to estimate whether the weather is going to get better or worse based on whether the bars are rising or falling.
The last section of the LCD is the outdoor temperature and humidity which is transmitted to the weather station over an 868Mhz frequency from the position outside. With the outdoor and the indoor data you can view the highest and lowest recorded temperatures/humidities and when they recorded at a click of a button.
As well as the outside transmitter included with this weather station, additional outside transmitters can be connected to the Diva Plus. This will allow you to monitor the environment in different areas and scroll through the readings for the greenhouse, garden and cellar or wherever you ahve the transmitters positioned. The outdoor transmitter can be either free-standing or wall-mounted (with the wall plugs and screws supplied), and has an independent display so you can read the temperature and humidity directly from the unit.
