The Smart Weather Station is an advanced digital weather-station, with its LCD, slim-line design, and innumerable features it will make a welcome addition to anyone's home.
The Smart weather will give you the indoor temperature (in either degrees Celsius or degrees Fahrenheit) to the nearest tenth of a degree, as well as the indoor relative humidity to the nearest percent.
The outdoor temperature and humidity - again in °C or °F - are also displayed on the weather station, and are transmitted to the unit form an outside transmitter which operates on a frequency of 868Mhz and a distance of 100m.
Below that, there is a weather forecast which shows what the current weather as a digital icon display, as well as a second image indicating what the weather is likely to be later on. This information is based on the weather pressure - also displayed on the unit - measured in hectopascals/millibars and inHg.
Along with that information, the unit also displays the change in the pressure over the last 12 hours, further enabling you to work out what the weather will be later in the day.
The unit shows lots of different facts and statistics regarding the current weather situation, for instead the daily maximum and minimum temperatures, the overall maximum/minimum temperatures/humidities, and, in the winter, the likelihood of snow!
Other features of the Smart weather station are that it works as a full clock, displaying the time in either 12 or 24hour format, with an alarm setting with snooze function. Also the full date in DD/MM/YY format is displayed, as well as a two-letter abbreviation for the day of the week. The date and time can be either set manually, or can be radio-controlled which is accurate to within 1 second in a million years!
As well as the outside transmitter included with this weather station, additional outside trasnmitters can be connected to the Smart weather station. This will allow you to monitor the environment in different areas and scroll through the readings for the greenhouse, garden and cellar or wherever you have the transmitters positioned.
