Remove airborne particles with this stylish tower HEPA air purifier for the home or for the office.
It is suitable for areas up to 40m².
This air purifier takes the air through a three stage filter before providing clean air. The first stage is a pre-filter which removes large particle contaminants such as dust and pet dander.
The second stage is the HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter which will capture 99.97% of contaminants as small as 0.3 microns, this includes dust, dust mites, pollen, pet dander and smoke.
Final stage of the filtration process is the Active Carbon filter, this filter will remove odours and harmful gases. As well as the filtration process this air purifier has a built in ioniser, the ioniser will add negative ions to the air replacing those which have been destroyed by pollution and electronic equipment. Adding negative ions will make the air feel fresh and clean.
The unit is simple to use with an on/off button for constant use or there is a built in timer, up to 8 hours, with an auto shut off. All operations for this unit are controllable via its remote control.
The unit has 3 fan speeds with a maximum decibel rating of 30 dB(a), on the lowest fan speed the unit is barely audible.
For added safety the unit has an anti tilt mechanism that will disrupt the power to the appliance if tilted or turned on its side.
Regular filter replacement is a prerequisite for hygenic, trouble-free operation. The filter should be changed every 6 months, depending on use.
