This multipurpose evaporative cooler is 4 units in 1 allowing it to be used all year round; it is a cooler, heater, humidifier and ioniser.

To reduce the air temperature the evaporative cooler sucks air into the unit and blows it back out through a moistened filter. By adding ice to the water tank along with cold water this will further lower the temperature of the air being expelled.

A large 12 litre water tank is removable from the evaporative cooler and makes for easy filling or alternatively water can be added by opening the top cover of the unit. A see through water level indicator on the front of the unit will make it easy to see when it needs refilling.

An ioniser incorporated in the evaporative cooler provides cleaner fresher air due to the electrostatic settling of dust and the invigorating effect of breathing negative ions which are found in abundance in the vicinity of waterfalls and mountain tops. In addition an ioniser can reduce airborne odours due to trace quantities of ozone produced at the tip of the ionisation needles.

For use during the winter months this evaporative cooler incorporates a 2kW fan heater which has 2 heat settings. There are 4 fan speeds including a rhythm mode which will randomly change between low, medium and high to simulate a more natural breeze.

This evaporative cooler has a built-in 8 hour timer which can be set to turn the unit off after a set period of time.

All functions can be controlled by either the soft touch controls on evaporative cooler or by the remote control.

Hints for better cooling - For best performance position the cooler in a location that will create a "flow-through" air effect. The greatest cooling effect will be felt if the unit is operated in a partly opened doorway or window with the "cool" conditioned air directed into the room. It is also important to have a door or window partly opened away from the air cooler, in order to create a "flow through" effect.
