The air in living and office spaces can often be burdened with allergy causing pollutants like pollen, dust and pet hairs as well as smoke, smells and numerous other pollutants. This remote controlled air purifier will help you combat and remove the smallest particles helping to give you clean air.
It is suitable for areas up to 60m²/150m³
The Boneco 2261 air purifier has three stages of operation. The first is the pre-filter which will trap the larger particles. The second stage is the HEPA filter, which will remove 99.97% of the airborne particles >0.3 micrometres. For comparison, the tip of a hair has a size of 70-100 micrometres.
The third and final stage of the cleaning process is the active carbon filter, which will remove harmful gases and odours.
Airborne pollution and the operation of electronic equipment destroys naturally occurring negative ions in the atmosphere, leaving the air feeling stale and stuffy. The ioniser in this air purifier will replace the negative ions that have been lost and the air will feel noticeably cleaner and fresher.
The control panel has an LED display and includes an on and off button, 3 fan speeds, the ioniser button and a timer button. The Boneco air purifier can operate continuously or the timer button can be selected so that it will switch off in 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours. All features can be controlled by the remote.
The HEPA filter needs to be a changed every 12 months and the active carbon filter needs to be changed every 6 months.
