The Air and Water Centre recommends the use of this air purifier in bedrooms and living rooms. Also for anyone who suffers from hayfever.
A Biostop screen acts effectively on bacteria, mould and viruses that can cause allergies, infections, asthma etc.
The HEPA filter will remove 99.97% of any airborne particles such as dirt, dust, pollen and pet dander up to 0.03 microns, for comparison the tip of a hair is 70-100 microns.
An active carbon filter will remove odours and toxic gases through its absorption process. The built-in ioniser will replace negative ions that have been destroyed by pollution and electronic equipment making the air feel clean and fresh.
To keep the air purifier operating at peak efficiency the Biostop/HEPA filter and active carbon filter will need to be changed every 6 months. Replacement filters can be purchased from the Multi-Buy section below.

We had considered buying one of these for a while as our friend has allergies to animals and we allways feel bad for him when he comes to our house. But we never got round to buying one. We recently had a loft extension and with all the dust in the air we decide to buy one. I really recomend this item. its works pretty fast and has a timmer on if you need it. its fairly compact so it will fit in a small space and is very light to move around your house if needed which we have done. This will also now be great for our friend as we will switch it on when he comes round. The delivery was very quick and they even text me with the delivery hour of which i could have changed had t not been suitable. Exellent buy.

In June 2011, I bought the air purifier and it was an excellent buy. Far better looking and cheaper than other retailers. A bought this for two reasons, my son was coughing a lot at night and I was havin an open septo/rhinoplasty and needed to reduce the chance of infecction. The purifier did exactly that. Firstly I put it on for 6 hours downstairs and 6 upstairs high power(using the timer). After that during the day Using it down stairs for one hour (slow or medium speed) and for and hour in the evening upstairs. I have also been to a caravan for the weekend and it made an amazing difference. Aswell as all this I don't take any more piriton as I have no allergies to dust, pollen or mould. In my opinion everybody should be made aware such simple technology is available! Thankyou very much Alex

Excellent product, delivered next day with morning email alert notifying 1 hour time slot. Experience spoilt by having to return unit for replacement because it had some faults. It would be better if a spare was deliverd in these circumstances. It is unreasonable to make paid customer wait for days or weeks whilst you action replacement or repair.

Really great. My husband and I both have asthma and it helps to keep our living space clean, this means that we have a lot less attacks than we used to. We used to have the ordinary one and are hoping that this one will be even better, which I'm sure it will be.
