This quality Dimplex panel heater is constructed in durable epoxy-polyester powder coated steel casing, with forward facing grille. It also has temperature resistant PBT thermoplastic moulded parts and is splash proof with an IPX4 rating.

A rotary knob allows user selection of room temperature from frost protection to 35°C. Conventional bi-metal thermostats can allow “drift” of as much as 5°C in room temperature owing to the effects of the changing heater output, resulting in discomfort for the user and energy wastage. This Dimplex panel heater features a close tolerance gas-filled thermostat, maintaining room temperatures to within +/- 1.5°C, eliminating resultant under/over heating and improving user comfort and energy efficiency.

This heater also incorporates a half heat selection switch for economic heating.

A single pole on/off switch controls the electricity supply to the heater. A neon indicator will illuminate when the switch is ON and power is being supplied to the elements.

A detachable wall mounting bracket allows the heater to be easily removed from the wall for painting and redecorating.

Supplied fitted with 1.2m of electrical cable. This unit needs to be installed by an electrician as it needs to be connected to a fused spur and does not come with a standard three pin plug.

The illustrations on this page show a 1kW Dimplex Heater. The 2kW unit has exactly the same style but is wider.
