This water filter jug from Kenwood has a stunning brushed steel finish giving it extra durability and an exceptionally attractive appearance.
The filter jug comes with a free filter cartridge. Each cartridge has a 30-day life and the digital indicator on the top counts down from 30 to zero, so you always know when to change it. This indicator can be deactivated to save battery life when the unit is being stored.
The filter cartridge is a four stage filter. Firstly it removes particles, then reduces heavy metals and limescale, it incorporates silver treated activated carbon to absorb chlorine and other organic pollutants, and lastly it has a fine particle filter.
This Kenwood water filter jug will greatly improve the quality of water, make food taste better and reduce limescale build-up in kettles and other appliances.
It has a wide spout for easy pouring and a hinged spout cover to prevent anything dropping in.
At 115mm deep it fits snuggly in to most fridge door shelves and with a 2.25L capacity (1.25L filtered capacity) acts as an ideal water jug for the dinner table.
A flip-top lid allows you to easily fill the top reservoir, which also has an innovative locking mechanism to keep it securely in place whilst pouring. By pressing the release mechanism the top section can be removed for occasional cleaning.
A non-slip rubber ring around the base ensures it doesn't slide around on surfaces.
