Large scale moisture problems? This commercial machine will be ideal! It removes up to 50 litres of moisture a day, and with it’s own built in condensate pump it is not a problem in low level applications, or places where a bucket or a conventional gravity drain would not be possible. The built in pump even comes with it’s own hose, so all you need do is plug and go. (You can of course use a standard gravity drain if you require).
This mobile dehumidifier is idea for flood repair & industrial areas. It can be used to dry out newly constructed buildings, boats, caravans, etc. A favourite tool for plasterers and builders.
Also suitable in large houses undergoing renovation or commercial warehouse protecting stock from moisture ingress.
When operating in cool conditions (<18°C), humidity which condensates on the refrigerated coils of dehumidifiers turns to ice. The coils on normal dehumidifiers, when left running, will be completely covered in ice and their effectiveness will decrease. However on this unit a special defrost timer enables the coils to be defrosted once per hour. The compressor turns off the fan but continues to draw air over the coils, melting any ice that's built up and allowing the dehumidifier to operate at temperatures as low as 0°C (Freezing).
The easy controls, and hour counter make this one of the easiest commercial dehumidifiers on the market today.
The units are stackable for easy storage, and the mains lead stows away neatly inside the machine to avoid damage when not in use.
Ensuring adequate air movement improves effectiveness of the dehumidifier, for this we recommend the use of portable fans particularly for confined spaces e.g. cellars and small rooms.
