due to weather conditions the company could not guarantee the timed delivery of this product but because they told me by email it presented no problem . the parcel was well packed and the product did as advertised , will use again when required .

Good value, does what I required, easy to instal and operate. The instructions could do with some work as direct transaltion to English is fairly wacky (amusing but unhelpful - plugs transalte as 'inflated plastic pipe').

I have opened my product but as yet have not installed them ,but the design of them is just what i have been looking for in a heater ,ideally to keep away from my customers hands at my cafe.im sure looking at the heaters they will work as good as they look.thank you
